PRINT - put on a smile

8x10" print this is a self portrait about autistic masking to make yourself smaller but it doesn't work because even then wings of shadow and light will sprout and rip through my skin because even if i try to make myself smaller to fit the blade of perception (even self perception imposed by culture and training) i can never be small enough. so i can never be small enough not to be seen the mask is how it feels to be forced to smile, perform for the camera, smile! smile! smile! smile!
